The North Shore Community Development Coalition is dedicated to building homes and strengthening communities throughout the North Shore region of Massachusetts. We strive to provide quality affordable housing and foster economic empowerment and community development on the North Shore, and we are also committed to exceptional neighborhood revitalization, advocacy, and special programming.

to our co-developers at the YMCA of the North Shore and the many collaborative partners involved in our Holcroft Park Homes Development. Phase One celebrated its completion on April 13 with a city ribbon cutting and Phase Two is scheduled to break ground in May 2012.
